The big roster news this off season is the decision by the BDFFLP owners to get rid of the franchise player concept,
which has been very popular the past couple of seasons.
In order to make the league as competitive as possible, the owners will not be allowed to keep anyone from the team last
year. This will place the pressure squarely on the shoulders of the front office personel to have an outstanding draft.
